Judge Koh literally worked for a patent litigation firm. She has obviously judged other patent cases brought to her court. Including the 100+ other patent cases currently on her docket, most of which are technology patent infringement cases including companies like Apple, Dropbox, Logitech, Toshiba, Fitbit, Turtle Beach, Yahoo, Uber.... and on and on.

Attempts to attack or discredit this well respected, well educated, and well experienced Federal judge because of an unsatisfactory ruling is weak.
