By the way, why three judge panel of PTAB did not consider Alice against VPLM? Is PTAB clueless compared to Lucy Koh or Lucy Koh is above their pay grade? In a layman's eyes, the issues of patent infringement and claims are way above her head, so she washed hands off to favor Apple.
