Establishing a new position when stock is at a 52-wk or all time high?

Any pointers or rules of thumb on this?

* Modify the initial Share Value/Cash percentage in favor cash?
* Modify the initial Buy SAFE % or Sell SAFE %?
* Wait for a drawdown? (Buy who knows, today's 52-wk high could be the 52-wk low a year from now...)
