I spoke to Cole in length today & he is highly dissapointed with the delay in the filings.
We spoke about a lot of things including the communication strategies. He's working on making some key changes in shareholders communication but of course the plan needs to be verified with the lawyers. Hope to get some updates on the same in next couple of weeks.
The Annual report financials delay was caused due to the valuation info which got late, they are working to get it released before this month end. The old auditors way back from 2005 had to be involved in this effort with the NNSR background. It seems the unaudited reports will be followed by the audited financials. He got to know about the filings delay late and then took a few days for the PR to release by this week. We spoke about all the projects going on (public info only) but all of that more info (with the PRs) will start rolling once the financials are in place followed by S1 which will help with the uplist to Senior Exchange on OTC (mentioned in the last PR).
So, first financials, then S1 + Uplist followed by PRs, IMO. A lot of public large organizations don't want approve the PR with companies who have the audited financials in place so everything starts from here.
I think May, June & July will be very exciting months with GZIC with a lot of action & hoping to hear about the new shareholder update plan very soon from Cole. Hold tight....longs, our days are coming !
