This is the statement I didn’t like and am maybe making to much of, . “We expect to file our reports as soon as they are complete and have retained a solid team of accounting and valuation consultants to assist us in this process”. We were told last fall they had accountants and keep in mind these are not audited financials ( Cole had indicated IMO that these would be audited). I was the head of operations for a fairly large business and could have had the necessary data to produce financials turned in in a matter of days. He also gave no idea how long it would take. In the past he has tweeted that they aren’t going to release news until they are current, so....I think we are screwed, at least for now.
