Flip your "non sequitur" allegation seems non sequitur - a conclusion or statement that does not logically follow from the previous argument or statement. Lets say NWBO saids they are working toward provide Topline data at ASCO and missed it. If NWBO misses that target date it is much easier for hostile forces to file lawsuits and allege we were misleading investors and knew that we were never going to make that date.Don't you recall when NWBO was hit with multiple class-action lawsuits, the anonymous Internet report, as Linda alleges an attempted hostile takeover? IMHO small companies like NWBO are far more vulnerable to this type of abuse not all of Wall-street.
