That is completely FINE by me. Tells me BOTH SIDES , PRO or CON, recognize the IMPORTANCE of the DEIS. Was not expecting this to happen till after the comment period but IMO , THE SOONER THE BETTER. This appears to be a good way for the ACOE to clarify/defend its findings for the pubic benefit.
Should be interesting.
