Delayed DEIS pushed back 6 months from its original departure date has backed up this project by YEARS. The extended public comments period now w/o Murkowskies influence cause she pissed off Trump will extend in to late 2019. Army corps will update evetually. Dungleaveys pretty quiet now that the campaign promises to help the Pebble are forgotton and since Murkowski pissed off Trump. The right of way council 2 of 11 villages has rescinded its right of way agreement, 18 Billion Salmon are running. New deal is when its salmon spawn time, all commerce stops until they're floating down stream belly up. LOTS of new issues have cropped up with the DEIS, more questions than answers equals
