Respectfully, don’t you think if this were as real (and big) as it first appeared, the stock would be miles higher? I can’t recall seeing a trip stock get news suggesting an acquisition in the $100m range that didn’t go ballistic. This stock looks like it’s had a few too many doses of lithium.
Looks very intriguing on the surface but something about the whole picture seems off. Haven’t put my thumb on it yet, but I’m inclined to think the deal is not as large as many thought.
