The company confirmed that the news is real.

I asked about the confirmation of the over $100 million revenues within the COLOTRAQ website and I was told that those details will be coming out on April 30th or before sometime this month.

I asked if the company was going to be doing a reverse split. I was told that the company is not going to be doing a reverse split.

The gentleman that called me back was really fairly conservative, but at the end of the conversation he told me... enjoy the ride. I thought that was very interesting.

From the conversation, I believe the Definitive Agreement is something that is going to actually close as per the PR which stated would close on or before April 30, 2019.
