Trump directives ask for plans from gov agencies and not from private parties. So obviously this excludes all private plans including Moelis.

No, this does not exclude Moelis. It doesn't matter that it was a private party that came up with the plan. If the government thinks it's good, they will go with it. If not, they won't.

By your logic, your postcard plan (or whatever it was called) is also not permitted, for the same reason. You are a private party. The same goes with any other plan submitted by any private citizen or company.

I have asked so many times about your thinking wrt these directives but you have not responded.

Funny that you say that, when you can't point out exactly what part of this memo (that you keep mentioning) says that the Moelis plan can't happen. Do you even have a link to it? Have you even read it?

such complex and convoluted plans such as Moelis that involve so many uncertainties and assumptions about everything

It's called rigor. You act as if the Moelis plan being detailed is somehow a bad thing! What gives it the advantage over anything else out there is that it is actionable. Vague lists that fit on a postcard can never work because they leave out far too many details.

Only thing Moelis plan guarantees is, jackpotfor their clients.

Any recap and release gives a jackpot to their clients. But the Moelis plan gives an even bigger jackpot to current common shareholders. Yet you keep arguing against it? Why is that?
