That's not going to work. You said that the contents of the presidential memo preclude the Moelis plan. You need to point out exactly what part of the memo supports your argument, and why. The memo says nothing about conflicts of interest.

It is very simple. Trump directives ask for plans from gov agencies and not from private parties. So obviously this excludes all private plans including Moelis.

I have asked so many times about your thinking wrt these directives but you have not responded. So I assume you do not think it is positive for Moelis plan.

No one is not going to implement such complex and convoluted plans such as Moelis that involve so many uncertainties and assumptions about everything. Only thing Moelis plan guarantees is, jackpotfor their clients.
