I understand your anger, if that is what it is, and I am terribly concerned that Boeing did not attack the MACS problem right after the first crash.

However, your statement that "they don't have the engineering capability to design an aircraft properly.." is outrageous and a gross misstatement.

The B-29 that effectively ended WWII was the beginning of a host of warplanes including the F/A-18, the enduring F-15 and others designed by Boeing, and numerous commercial aircraft including the highly successful 747 presses the case that, indeed, Boeing can design commercial aircraft and does.

The company's shortcomings in relating the capability of the MACS to pilots and its story-telling to airlines that the 737 MAX was merely the old 737 upgraded for efficiency is sorrowful and reproachful.
