Besides determining the amount of distributions per share/unit. All of the shares/units must settled and the owners must be located for the final share/unit tally. In some cases with other companies there were to many false shares created by shorts to drive the share price down. So when payouts were made, shorts were unable to locate shares/units. So now the payouts need to be determined. If just one payout or a series of payouts to be made, as the claims are settled. Also who receives the payouts must be determined. The timeline for this process my guess, from other cases would be three months to three years. If someone sees a different scenario I am all ears and would like to listen
