Although JAMA is more widely read, I still think it will be Harvard because our CMO (Kaufmann) and SAB member (Cole) were/are affiliated with Harvard and may have the clout to push it through (not that it needs pushing).

A PR will most likely announce the publication. Maybe it will get reported on a major news channel.
