I just hope the conclusion of the article is something like “help is on the way” vs. “we will know more in 4 years”.

We will know things are getting better when we see that an independent/competent body is investigating the FDA and it's CNS trial systems practices. We will also know they GET IT when they announce compulsary changes to new technology which focuses on only reducing time required for trials w/o increasing risk. (like everyone else on the planet has had to do.)
