I agree w MWYO, i dont think (from my communications) that VATE/ RM has been diluting.

What is possible is that a couple of the larger listed holders (see Q) who have legacy or settlement shares (reported in OS but not in float) may come to market.

In any case it will be hard to move the needle here until shipping, and daylight into potential order volume and success w distributors as well as getting the financials out...until then unless some big other news we are in a holding pattern.
