Both complaints were based on the fact that Greenshift has failed to file legally-required quarterly and annual reports.

It wasn't based on fact, it was based on fallacy. GERS is not legally required to submit quarterly or annual reports. I'm 100% confident the SEC will deposit the 3rd "complaint" where it belongs. In the trash with the other two complaints.

As per Mr. Kreisler...

"However, there is no SEC contract, no laws were broken, and there will be no prosecution. I didn’t neglect my duties by not filing. I honored them."

Kevin is not a criminal. He's actually a good guy. GERS has committed no crime. Continuing to insinuate so is teetering on the edge of legal repercussions... You've been warned.
