First off, it would be foolish for the IRS NOT to audit every billionaire every year -- we need the money

Second of all, the IRS has a great reward system for people turning in tax cheats -- go for it

The IRS has "special" agents for auditing crooks -- they carry guns

You only have to "prove" your numbers on your return when requested by an IRS auditor -- they can charge you with fraud if they disagree with your "proof"
