If anything, Fox Entertainment is becoming much more aggressively "liberal". Even with "soft" shows like Seth McFarland's "The Orville". It's a pretty dumb space drama, but it's funny, and much of the time it promotes socially "advanced" ideas.
Sure, maybe there's more hardcore stuff, but not, I think, the kinds of relentless Military Heroes propaganda you see on CBS.
I really don't understand who runs what in the Fox empire. Is Fox Entertainment run by Rupert's sons, perhaps? Maybe Entertainment is now a Disney thing, mostly. I have no idea. But Disney hasn't exactly been a bastion of liberal thought, either.
Oh, and as an added note, the heroine of "Proven Innocent" is bisexual. At the end of tonight's episode, she calls her mother to tell her that. Her mom says gamely, "So when do we get to meet her?" Our heroine replies, "Well, she's in prison right now, but she's up for parole"...
