gers… Because CRIMINAL is an extreme term, it absolutely equates to feeling the person on the end of that Barb is EVIL! It is written by the SEC, so one chooses to use the harshest of words to condemn a person, never understanding that the SEC has discretionary powers to some extent and don't want to destroy a small Company that is suffering severe hardships!! That is why there are various penalties, some very small and Minor, others larger and more severe! That means, especially to me, that the SEC knows that there are extenuating circumstances that face every P-Stock Company and do their best to understand the situation before they make any Harsh decision! They also know that most people do not understand the laws and code of conduct of the SEC, and sometimes just think of themselves when their situation is grave, and make statements that appear Illegal yes, but are only designed to keep the Company going, which most of us would do if we were under severe stresses?
So, is that a criminal offense when people circumvent the Law in a Business situation? No one is Killing someone or Raping someone, just the personal Law of survival kicking-in just to see another day in the life of their Companies? Over-reactions to what people do are common these days simply because they don't listen to the reasons, but only consider the frontal view of an action without looking into it more deeply?
Their beliefs are cut and dry, no two ways about it, and cannot be questioned, that is until it comes to their own personal situation where all kinds of excuses and reasons are offered when they are charged with some offense!
Ill advised Feelings are the source of all the conflicts existing all over the World! Since feelings are so intrinsically tied to the EGO, the person often resists looking at the alternatives that can damage that ego, which can be painful? But isn't that too bad, as all mature people have to feel the pain of being wrong sometimes? We cannot take it upon ourselves to make judgements in situations that are more complex than what they appear to be on face value, for that is what most of us do sometimes! To look deeper in an open-minded way is our responsibility! Even then, our egos take charge and tell us how to look at things? IMO
