Yes its still possible that the SOS filings are legit but obviously CTLE was used as an ugly pump & dump by the OTC Balla group using a fake website and a fake twitter page to manipulate the stock price.

And obviously the OTC Balla group wanted people to believe that Dennis Bolbat was responsible for the fake website.
