I noticed Adam Tracey liked the CTLE twitter page yesterday and thought that was interesting tweeted him asking if it was legit he did not reply yet. Clearly we know now it’s not but from the sos stand point they dissolved the co sos and then re domiciled In wy, it’s a 37 page document all the same info as the original entity highly detailed which would just be way to involved for the filings to be fake. Definitely some idiot could have patience and made fake twitter and fake website but the filings are real imo.
