Steve, this is exactly what a message board is, whether BIEL listen or not we all should be able to vent our frustration! I think the frustration comes more from the fact that this is such a great device and many of us have used it, and to have a CEO who is unable or unwilling to make the right moves, even after all these years!
There are not many companies in sub-penny land, that have a real product, much less one that so many people love, and this creates even more frustration, because we not only want to see BIEL succeed, but also this device!
