RFLMAO IMO Doesn't Change Anything

PNTV's time window of opportunity has been shortened, and there can be no mistakes or mis-fires with their test plots.

It's very sad that PNTV didn't update shareholders on whether they completed seeding the test plot, the strains planted, the number of acres for each strain.

It's also very sad that in the same PR that they didn't acknowledge they are going to be late with 10k filing
