Yes I found his Youtubes very informative. The whole Fridge/Freezer, wallet/bank analogy for storing energy. "Your body will not go to the freezer(fat) if the fridge is always full(glucose)". The whole insulin resistance hypothesis is great too. Type 2 diabetes is not a problem of too little insulin, it is problem of too much and the body develops resistance so you have to continually increase the dose, or you can fast and reset the insulin resistance. I find it interesting that most cancers are not well adapted to survive on keytones. So doing a keto diet while in treatment could further weaken the tumor and also bolster the immune system at the same time.
