I was told that there is QB Shares that were give out during the merger as part of the merger... I don’t know exactly why or if this is normal, but Korean Trumpster was not too worried... said company is profitable and to let the idiots sell.

Guess at this point we can just trust in the financials that we see and dig in for the long haul.
