BWIS, I am sorry for your friend. Too many people are without insurance and when a major sickness hit they can't get adequate care. And when we had a president who took a conservative health plan from the Heritage Foundation to provide healthcare to the masses, he was demonized to no end. Now our correct president sought to get rid of it WITHOUT A REPLACEMENT (thanks to John McCain!). I think most of these countries provide healthcare regardless of your economic status.

Let's hope NWBO has the goods in the coming months to help those, like your friend, dealing with this merciless killer, cancer.

GGB are you one of the folks who is ok with waiting until 2020? We've almost burned up 25% of 2019 already. Just donated to a go fund me for a childhood friend who now has stage 4 lung cancer. She just started a new job and doesn't have insurance either. Odd but true. I wonder if this happens in Germany, Canada, New Zealand, U.K., France, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Japan, Australia, Austria, Belgium, ......
