Then NWBO would a fool to present the abstract early.

Agreed. NWBO will be prevented from responding in the meantime while the abstract is embargoed until all the details are published which could be a couple months away. There may be a blip in the share price but it will be driven down. Better to take the market by surprise and then release other news in succession.
