I guess right now it's more likely that it's a gigantic and complete scam than not but you never know down here. The problem is all the selling happening is from notes that are many months old already so it's not new notes or so that are selling right now. I just happen to believe that somebody who would have all These huge plans and projects wouldn't need to rely on toxic financing to get this all done. So far not one single thing came to fruition.
