Does anybody here knowledgeable want to take a shot at quantifying what they are doing to us? In terms of raw numbers. This will permit investor perspective.

I am presuming that the company does not have the balz to spell this out to the investors, which they should have done, i.e. explained in several paragraphs, the number of options, prices, who holds, etc...instead of putting this in a shameful line item. '

Is it possible that this is a relatively small adjustment? If so, they should have explained in the interest of transparency to new peeps....

Maybe I am wrong but we need the information. Management should know, and DOES KNOW, that their proposal would bother honest owners. They should have quantified it, so we know how much she costs when we are getting phoucked.
