Leinwand, Welner aka Mastiff Group LLC at it again...

They took over another ticker and just pulled a 50,000-for-1 reverse split. Every one million shares at .0001 were became 20 priced at $5.00 ea. In one week they carpet bombed it down to .30 cents. That's a 94% loss in 5 trading days.
