well..what I am saying is ..PURE SPECUALTION AND JUST MY OPINION..
MJFF and ANavex have already agreed in principle to a long term "partnership" and I believe some of the Preferred stock will be awarded to MJFF..as a way of cementing their relationship and ongoing " MJFF developmental assistance" ..whether that is through
Trial, Marketing, Public Feedback(APP)..

This is one of the main reasons for the preferred IMO..

we don't agree on this that i sOK.it is speculation on my part..

but we did put MJFF (PD) Associated Docs on our SAB a couple of years ago/
and MJFF has demanded rewards as part of their relationship with other drug companies in the past..

so we will see..we are on the same side..but apparently we both lke to be right..

I am wrong a lot..
