Yes I believe that. Lebby described these exact events during the last two shareholder meetings. To paraphrase three points:

1) LWLG would reengage companies only after they have the devices ready.
2) Lebby would open his rolodex of industry contacts only after they have devices ready.
3) They would engage the investment community only after they have devices ready.

They are now doing all three of these things. So I believe we are near to our first deal.
