Personally I've been in favor of an RS because it makes sense with the offering. I've been in COHO for a year now, and this small RS coupled with a potential big acquisition should make the stock very attractive.

Plus since we already were way undervalued and trading at a low pps for a while before the RS announcement and with the panic selling that drove the pps down way further, the post split has a potential larger upside afterwards IMO.
