Thanks. This is where my head is as well. Orie thinks the pre-R/S pps should be 0.005. I think, one option is that Orie could cancel R/S because the shareholder are less than 500, set the new pps at 0.005 based on revenues and contracts, and tell MMs to hold or increase the price. Then have a BO at 0.005 or 0.01.

My wishful thinking.
