Show us actual changes to the existing/current Argentina laws/statutes where it is now legal to export.
LMAO Free trade zones existed in Argentine law (and in the laws of many countries, including the US) long before anyone thought of exporting cannabis. They establish areas of the country that are not subject to customs control. JuJuy, Province has such a free trade zone. Products grown and produced in the free trade zone can be exported anywhere in the world without any interference or taxation from the Argentine government. The PNTV property is located in the free trade zone. No laws need to be changed.
There are legitimate reasons to be skeptical about PNTV's prospects. This aint one of them!
