I didn't check every one, but if you can show me one ice cream trademark owned by D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc. CORPORATION PENNSYLVANIA 310 Mill Creek Avenue Pottsville PENNSYLVANIA 17901 I will happily eat my crow.

Even the article I linked earlier states:

Yuengling's Ice Cream and the brewery are two separate companies.

I get what you're saying, but this isn't the same as if I were to attempt making ice cream using the name. This was a legit company started by the owner of Yuengling beer that a son revived in 2013, not some random person trying to play off the Yuengling name.

But as far as this business having a legal relationship to Yuengling beer, I will keep waiting for any proof.
