Trademark
Just checked. The name “Yuengling”, “Yuengling ice cream corporation,” and even “Yuengling ice cream corporation Black and Tan” .....and all the beers, and some others are all trademarked by Yuengling.
Go to USPTO.gov and search their database for “Yuengling.”
You are not distributing, selling, talking about hahah or even ruining a stock ticker using Yuengling’s name without there knowledge or input. It ain’t happening. He’d have (more) lawyers knocking on his door.
This has been since January Yuengling would have shut him down. Someone in the family (brand owner) knows about it, approved it, is over-seeing it bc it is their trademarked name brand.
Is ED a trash manager that can ruin a company, yes. But, is he just haphazardly using Yuenglings name saying he’s acquired a portion of their business without them knowing...no way. Unless he’s got some really really good lawyers.
