You see very interesting clinical data out of the P-2a study and you see all the patients in the study so there’s no selection made here. We looked at which patients improved the activities of daily living from baseline after 57 weeks, so over a year. You see that those that show a positive slope which is the green, right side of the chart seem to correlate with a very high RNA sigma one gene expression. In those patients with a decline in the ADL, so a decline in funtion, they seem to have a very low sigma one gene expression. That seems to confirm the hypothesis that in order to restore the disfunction caused by the disease, the sigma one has to be involved and activated.
