That should hopefully silence all the false claims that have been repetitively posted here since last weekend that VYST is supposedly not allowed to file the Rotman's acquisition 8k with the SEC, unless and until the EMA/VYST lawsuit gets settled...and it also provides a little more detail on why VYST needed to file todays extension request as they prepare to go after EMA and anyone who assisted EMA in converting and selling the 35M illegally converted VYST shares EMA sold right Raven!
