How hard is it to under stand that all has to be funded? How hard is leaving o/s at 200 million not getting thru to you that will be more dilution. Toxic debt maybe not but selling more new shares will happen. Just not going to grow sales to 5 then 10 million if no new shares issued to fund it. Watch this will happen. New investors will get shares at a discount to fund growth. Then sell them at a profit. More dilution.
