Actually, they are in process to uplist to OTCQB. They filed on Feb 15, so Mar 17 makes 30 days of PPS over $.01. If he has found the board members required (3 more disinterested folks, I think), the Monday after St Paddy's day is first possible day. If it takes more than a week after that, something is probably wrong.
