every note is convertible 6 months after issuance no need to wait for June,they all converting current and will continue to dilute,unfortunately

December had 500K left on notes and with the price down 95%+imagine how many shares (MORE)had to be issued

do you know that AS has to cover conversions this is why they have 10B AS
