Good simple clarity. I will add Arris Appeals Cort enbanc is headed in the same route as the RPX... They waited to long and got shut down by PTAB. Federal Circuit rightfully so supported PTAB's decision and shut down their appeal request for a review. Now they are threatening to do the same as RPX to the Supreme Court - tell me how the outcome would be any different in their case considering they showed no care to file any IPRs in the entire year they were alotted.

It's good game for RPX and Arris. Cisco claims are the only last piece of rope dangling off the back of the boat with sharks not to far behind. If the Cisco appeal is upheld after review then they keep dangling until trial with a mere gasp of hope. If the appeal reverses the decision by the PTAB and the claims get thrown out then they are literally dead in the water with nothing left to argue going to trial.
