I've tried to not get involved on this board in response to you and your pals but I had to make a comment regarding your last post. To quote you, you said, "I was contacted by the SEC today and they are reviewing this, I have a meeting with them in Seattle on Monday. They are going after all parties involved."
That's really interesting and here's why. first, the SEC doesn't operate that way but more to the point and everyone will understand, the SEC doesn't have an office or physical presence in Seattle. Therefore, you couldn't possibly have a meeting with them in Seattle on Monday. Their closest office is in San Fransisco. In addition, they won't travel to you, you would have to go to them.
This information is available to anyone who goes through the trouble to research and make a few calls. Google helps a lot. The SEC was happy to help and seemed interested in individuals who publicly lie to damage a public company on boards like IHUB. I did tell them your IHUB ID and the appropriate board. You must understand your false negative comments damage companies and especially the small investor. It's the same as stealing. I would have thought, if you were going to make such an outrageous statement you would have researched the facts. How very stupid.
Finally, what is your motive. No one should ever believe your posts and IHUB should guard these boards not just censor objectionable language. Free speech ? I've sent a copy of this post to the SEC.
