The company is already on the radar with the SEC, as far as damaging shareholders the blame goes to the company. False press releases, printing shares to consultants to pump the stock. I don't recall ever seeing a form 4 filed for selling there stock. What happened to the dividend ? This has never been a real company. It was pumped by newsletters over 100 times. I am sure you work for them. You have been the best pumper boy for the companies they represent. Soon this stock will disappear worthless. Read the current filings the company is a shell.

Hilarious, your comment “ you’ve tried not to get involved”.... lmao..how many posts have you made to this and other Joe Fiore controlled stock boards? Further interesting is that the SEC isn’t just interested in those you lie but those who promote or pump stocks....kind of like what you’ve done here. BTW, where are all these wonderful things you touted...huge rev, acquisitions, new games ...all hype. But nice try...not wanting to get involved. Conversely I don’t traffic in lies but rather give factual info which you always took issue with. Again, I ask.... have mgmt disclose who the brokers and consultants are that got millions of shares for doing nothing.
