I bought 500 shares today

Had been a seller until maybe 2 months ago and was holding a small position. Not sure I am buying much until I see how the new strategy plays out.

Since you frequently ask why people sell here’s why.

This has been a lumpy small business with what appeared to be a limited market for selling simulators. As a result it would always sell at a discount. The business as a whole reminded me of LRAD which stagnated for years. I really don’t agree with your view that all they needed was a sales team to sell several a week. In my opinion the problem was their business model and a lack of recurring revenue.

I think this move logically expands their market by opening up smaller departments and creates that recurring revenue stream that should smooth lumpiness.

This hasn’t actually happened yet but the model change was worth a small buy in the 3’s. If the model gains traction I may buy more.
