Thanks......from my experience in start ups it takes years to establish a brand , seek and obtain trademarks etc....... here if my theory is correct its all ready to go IMHO

Next concern of mine is how will they fund the company ?

I am not a fan of convertible debt and feel to be a sucessful company they have to leave the OTC and uplist...........
