Arris is by far the largest infringer with modems. It is hard to settle with Cisco, as they are not being sued directly, and it is difficult at this stage to figure out their indemnity risk. Can't license them because they are out of the business. The recent Pacer on settlement was noting the requirement to talk, but at this stage there isn't much for either side to talk about. IMO.
